The right to eat poop and do nothing all day as long as they look cute when you come home.

The right to food, water and a decent place to live. The right to be protected from mistreatment such as throwing rocks at them and harrassing them. The right to a quick, clean death as painless as possible.I am assuming here that we are mostly talking about animals, whether pets or farm animals, in captivity. I am not certain we have any control over the rights of wild animals, as they have their own rules. One could argue that they have a right not to be made extinct by human stupidity, but I'm not sure that would apply to every phylum. Besides, that would not apply to individual animals, as the rest of my list does.

Animals have no rights. However, we, as humans, have a responsibility not to mistreat them. With rights comes responsiblities. Non-human animals are not capable of doing that.

I don't know. I believe animals have no rights. However, there is something called animal welfare, which I completely agree with. You know about PETA? They're pro-animal rights. If that helps you any... Google's always a good way to find out about these things.
